A qualified Executive Coach, Chartered Accountant and plural Non-executive Director working with senior management, directors and Chief Executives to improve business performance.

Jeremy works with Mid Caps and larger organisations, public and private where his broad business experience allows him to coach across a range of topics.

Jeremy has some 30 years of Board experience across a broad range of companies and sectors. He was Managing Director of a market leading food manufacturer for 8 years and has held a portfolio of Non-Executive Board positions for the last 15 years, both as a private equity fund manager and as an independent director on AIM. In this capacity he has mentored, advised and coached on 6 IPO’s, 20 fund raisings and taken part in literally hundreds of investor result presentations.

Jeremy is a seasoned, balanced and pragmatic leader. He is a clear communicator, a good relationship builder and totally authentic. He listens well but can also be persistent, challenging and probing when so required. That said, his overriding style is light and cordial, encouraging relaxed, open dialogue through which increased client self-awareness leads to wider client choice and opportunity.

In an extensive and varied career Jeremy has been exposed to all manner of business experience and success. He was Chairman of the 2001 AIM company of the Year, was personally voted FTSE sub 350 Chairman of the Year in 2006 and is on the Board of the AIM International Company of the Year 2009, all with different companies.

Jeremy specialises in working with AIM listed companies, professional partnerships and family businesses.
